Cheeks Bend Bluff View Trail 1-11-14

This was a great hike…short but sweet and it had all of my favorite things: waterfalls, caves, rock formations, strange trees–just a photographers paradise. Located at the Duck River Complex Yanahli Wildlife Management Area at Cheeks Bend near Columbia, Tennessee. There is about 2 miles of level hiking plus a small “cave” that goes about 75 yards back to the bluffs overlooking the Duck River. This trail is a trail that I helped build about seven years ago with other members of the TTA-Tennessee Trails Association.

I am a novice photographer that loves to shoot outdoor scenes. I prefer waterfalls, wildflowers, and general nature but I also like city shots and historic sites.
